So in this case patient can get a copy of Patient Registration Information from their doctor fill out the information as the program takes you through the process also information can be update by the patient at home at their leaser including meds list. A memory card can be handed to the health care receptionist a hard copy made and used by the doctor

Basically the software that was developed by Wayne Stevens will store standard patient registration Information updateable by the patient as needed and accessible by the patient's health care provider when the patient visits his or her health care provider.
