HealthSource, Inc. a privately held, Ohio based provider of comprehensive therapy program management and staffing solutions to the acute hospital and long term care skilled nursing industry, has agreed under contract to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to Mount Vernon, Ohio based Ohio Eastern Star Health Care Center. Details were not disclosed.
